A little about us

Serenity started in 2019 in our garage with one washing machine, two laundry baskets, and a stubborn belief that fresh laundry shouldn't be a chore.

Today we serve hundreds of families and small businesses across the CBD, Southern Suburbs, and Atlantic Seaboard. We still fold every shirt by hand, still tuck a sprig of lavender into every order, and still answer the phone ourselves.

We use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents and reusable delivery bags because the planet should get clean treatment too.
